1. Eligibility
Exchanges and refunds are valid within 14 days from the date of online purchase.
For health and safety reasons, plastic delivery packaging must be unopened and not cut. Since our products are made for babies and may be used in the mouth, we cannot risk cross-contamination.
2. Exchanges
You may request an exchange of products under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Online exchanges incur a shipping fee of 100.00 EGP.
- To initiate an exchange, please send us a direct message (DM) including:
- A brief reason for the exchange
- A clear photo of the item
3. Refunds
You may request a refund online through our DMs. Refunds are subject to the following:
- The returned item must arrive at our warehouse in original, resalable condition.
- Once we inspect and approve the return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- A pickup fee of 100.00 EGP will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
